1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the eg33 platform ("Site") and all related services. These Terms form a legal agreement between eg33 and each person who uses this site ("Member" or "you").

2 Account Registration and Use

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with eg33, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited; if discovered, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Never share your password with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, notify the eg33 support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

eg33 may at any time request official documents such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents to verify a member's identity. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of the verification process. Providing false information will result in account termination.

2.4 Permitted Use

The site may only be used for personal entertainment. Use of the site for commercial purposes, through automated software or bots, or by any fraudulent means is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Requirement

All eg33 services are for persons aged 21 or over ("21+") only. At the time of account registration you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

eg33 may at any time request official documents such as a national ID card or passport as proof of age. Violation of the age requirement will result in immediate account closure, and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at eg33 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Members must transact from a mobile banking account registered in their own name. Deposits from third parties or from someone else's account are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase during identity verification or security checks.

4.3 Transaction Terms

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity is strictly prohibited.
eg33 reserves the right to cancel or hold any transaction that appears suspicious.
Deposits and withdrawals apply only to the member's own account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonuses are usable only on eligible games — eg33 will specify which games count towards the bonus.
No withdrawal may be made before the wagering requirement is met.
Using multiple bonuses at the same time is not possible unless separately permitted.
Bonus funds may not be used to place bets above a specified limit on certain games.
If bonus abuse is found, eg33 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 VIP and Cashback

eg33's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.5%, Gold: up to 0.8%, Platinum: up to 1.0%. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total bets minus total winnings).

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

Every game on eg33 is operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes each outcome impartial and random. Any attempt to strategically influence the system or game results will result in account termination.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is displayed in the game interface. Additional betting restrictions may apply when playing with bonus funds.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical fault affects the outcome of a bet or game, eg33 will verify the relevant data and make a decision accordingly. Server records will be considered final. If an error occurs mid-game, that round may be voided and the bet amount may be refunded.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

Using automated betting software or bots.
Attempting to earn bonuses by transferring funds from another person's account.
Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
Attempting to collectively influence game outcomes.
Any form of fraudulent activity.

7 Account Closure and Termination

7.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may at any time request voluntary closure of their account. Upon contact via live chat or email, eg33 will complete the account closure process. Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

7.2 Termination by eg33

eg33 reserves the right to terminate an account in any of the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of these Terms.
Providing a false identity or information.
Operating multiple accounts.
Fraudulent or illegal activity.
Violation of the age requirement.
Abuse of bonuses or promotions.

Where a Terms violation is established at the time of account termination, the balance and bonuses may be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

The eg33 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. eg33's liability is limited for any loss caused by technical faults, server outages or internet connectivity issues.

eg33 is not liable for a member's gambling losses, gaming addiction, or indirect losses arising from use of this platform. Each member bears responsibility for their own decisions.

eg33's liability for issues relating to third-party services (mobile banking, game providers) is limited. For such issues, members are advised to contact the relevant service provider directly.

12 Changes to Terms

eg33 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through site notifications.
